two beloved staff members leaving

Lisha Marie Cruz and Aalia Omed, two beloved supporting staff members of Comp Sci High School, are changing careers. The news that Cruz and Omed are moving on was devastating for the school, but many members of the community are happy they found new opportunities.
Thinking back to her time at Comp Sci High, Cruz declared, "I will always treasure the experience I had while staying in this building. From PSA to Civic Leadership to Comp Sci High, so many of you have contributed to my incredible experience throughout my stay here! I sincerely appreciate the chances I've had to spend time with all of you and the connections I've made."
Omed said that she was genuinely appreciative of the friendship she had formed while here. ”I sincerely appreciate all of the encounters and connections I have made. I have gained understanding from the encouraging atmosphere and the opportunity to participate in an educational setting. I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you for your advice and assistance. It's been enjoyable."
Tanesha Harris, the main office secretary and a close friend of Cruz and Omed’s said that her friend’s leaving “affects me greatly because we started as a team and their presence in the building made my days better so it is hard that they are not going to be in the building no more."
Although we are glad that Omed and Cruz are moving on to new, positive opportunities, the school will greatly miss their presence.
